User having log in issues with aliased url
I have a user using Firefox and JRE 6 Update 5 that is having issues using an aliased url.
Our server is server1.whatever.com and the alias is helpdesk.whatever.com.
When he logs in, he gets an error message that it cannot authenticate. Also in the logs, it seems to stop on j_security_check.
What could be causing this issue?
