We have upgraded to version 14306 from 14102 and are encountering issues with the scripts. We are adding a first response note based on specific criteria, copying the title to tasks from the request, and updating the task description from the request description.

In a few cases, the first response script is not being added, and the error message "User does not have this permission" appears in the history. However, it is still possible to manually add a note as the first response by the same user.

The task titles are not being copied from the request at all, and the error message states: "Success List: Failure List: Task Update failed for task title."

Please advise
