User Documentation for ADManagerPlus
Hi
I have been using Couple of ME Products - Service Desk Plus with Asset Mgmt, ADManagerPlus, EventLogAnalyser. The tools are very effective. However one thing lacking is the proper Documentation of these products. Most of the Help documentations are mere explanation of what one sees on the screen, which is very obvious rather than the details of them , as to what it means.
For Example in generating In-active users report, none of the documents available explain about the generated reports, and how to understand them. ME needs to do more on documentation.
