User credentials for local connections

Hi all,

I have some windows-devices in my OPManager. I have a special Domain-Admin account that is used for WMI-scanning suing a special Windows credential.

When I assign the credentials to a windows server and test it, I get the following erroro message:

80041064 - User credentials cannot be used for local connections. Refer Troubleshooting Tips

The Troubleshooting tips state that I want to use the credentials to connect to the server on which OPManager is running. This is definitly NOT the case.
I want to connect to my Exchange server.

I have already deinstalled OPManager and reinstalled the actual release 8721 But the problem still exists. I installed OPManager as local administrator.
I can not request any values using WMI (no Exchange, no event logs, no DC-values)

Can anybody help me?
