User Creation Template Problem

I am having a problem while creating the template. On the user profile tab. When i try and select the container (OU). It does not allow me to select the one i require and also i cannot type it in manually. I have attached a screenshot. Sorry its quite big. When i try and select the circled OU it does not accept it as shown in the selected container field. Even when i press OK the changes do not appear. I need to be able to create users in that OU. If done through AD manually it works fine
