User creation template creation rules no longer work
We use creation rules to fill out a bunch of areas (phone number and address) when creating a new user.
I'm not sure after which upgrade this happened but it no longer works while it worked ok before. Nothing happens when the rule should be triggered (when the Office field has certain content).
