User cannot see submitted requests

User cannot see submitted requests

I have a user who cannot see the requests that he has logged in ServiceDesk Plus (v7.0.0, Build 7015). He is using his AD account as login. He receives all updates pertaining to his requests, but when he logs in, it shows 0 in all categories and he cannot look at the status of any pending requests. Any ideas?
