Hello!

We're currently using the Service Desk and Event Analyzer products, and I am now demoing Desktop Central 7. I am having a very strange issue on 2 out of 3 test machines that I have deployed a software install on.

I am deploying an installer, and the user account used to run the configuration has domain admin priviledges. The software install itself works correctly, however for some reason the default windows xp desktop image (Hills + Blue sky) is being applied in the registry key ("HKU\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper".) This is typically a blank entry. Also, when logging in with a general "user" account after the install, I get first-login prompts for an account that had already been set up on the machine.

All in all I am enthusiastic about this software suite, but these are some wierd issues to be having.
