Used disk space difference over time

In order to provide Capacity Planning info it would be nice to have a "growth" report, be it in MB, GB or % for each partition on each server so I can estimate when drives are liekly to fill up. If this is in development I apologise :)
In the meatime is there anyway I can get this infrom using a SQL Query as I am using MSSQL database back end for OpMan 7020
