Use with ISA Server
This is probably a dumb question but if ServiceDesk Plus uses port 8080 would this cause a conflict on a server using ISA which uses port 8080 already for proxy?
The error I'm getting it this:
HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. (12209)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
I don't have any problems getting to any other site other than this and port 8080 is used by proxy to enable clients to access the internet via the firewall.
Any ideas?
