Use of Description field for Category / Sub-Category / Item
In 7.6.0, is the Description field associated with the Category / Sub-Category / Item ever visible to anyone outside of the Admin module in SDP? I'm trying to figure out if it is worth the effort of maintaining the description. Is it visible to Technicians at any point? What about Requesters?
