Hi,

I have been looking at the documentation as I am testing this helpdesk.  I can see a way to insert a incident in a .NET web application using the users username and password. 

I want to be able to insert a ticket without the users password.  I will create a web application and pull the users nt username as they fill out a form on our intranet.

Is it possible to create an incident without the submitters password in .NET?
