USB security with Desktop Central 7

USB security with Desktop Central 7

We run Windows XP SP3 and use desktop central to restrict the use of flash drives on client pcs.  On one client pc we have been getting events logged to USB/PORT Security Events.

One is EventId: 4112, Source: EmbargoSvc; Event type: Error; Description: The USB/Port Security Service was unable to allocate memory for a required operation.

Another is EventId: 4133, Source: EmbargoSvc; Event Type: Error; Description: The USB/Port Security Service was unable to open the device interface \\?\storage#removablemedia#7&18e6ee4b&0&rm#{53f5630d-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}.

Can anyone shed some light on what these events are all about?  Are they related to Desktop Central?
