After creating the boot 
Among, for example, USB and writing to a flash drive, booting to USB, I get a CMD window with the inscription x:\Windows\system32\wpeinit and nothing else happens, it feels like the boot environment is not being created correctly, no one can tell me what this could be connected with and how to overcome this?
