I want to use a menu-item in a Joomla instance that will point to a certain template category of the ServiceDesk Plus...

When i click on each template category the url (that is shown) = http://r00vmonitoring:8080/Templates.do?module=mergedRequest

How can i directly point to a template category (with the sub-items) from outside the ServiceDesk Plus?
