URL Sequence recorder

URL Sequence recorder

I am having an issue saving records URL sequence monitors. I do not get errors when I click on save, enter the apps manager servername and port along with the credentials. The monitor just does not show up in the web client. Is there a log somewhere that will show me a description on why it wouldnt save?
