Url response time peaks
I got a question about peaks that i got from the Url monitor
From location A and location B we got the same peaks to the Hosting site C. This peaks comes at unregulated times but at least 5-10 times a day.
Exactly what is the url response time and thats the measure?
What can cause this peaks? cant find anything directly inside in the servers (like windows update and so on).
Something must be wrong
or is it normal and i need help to figure out where to start troubleshooting.
Is there any good tool that i can put on the servers on the hosting provider that can start some other monitoring like networking.

At night a 2-4 the backups and other things are running so they I understand but the rest!
