Is it possilbe to allow URL, Appliations for a specfiq group of users or devices for a custome time period?

As a example: https://www.google.com/, https://www.manageengine.com URL will be allow for specifiq users or devices after 6:PM to next day 9:00AM and all of the weekends. URL will in inaccsible in the Working hours.

Please check and confirm.
