URL Monitors Not Working

Hello,

1) When I edit the url and click "CHECK NOW" the following is returned: The URL http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/default.aspx is down, Reason : Host Unavailable.

2) When I add a URL to monitor on a waiter bug.
I do not have any more access to the waiter. (sample my server name: INSP-WEB-01)
ERROR: 'Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object: XXXXX'

Configuration :
Opmanager 7 (7010) & Mysql
OS : Win2003 SP2
