url monitoring .aspx site

I'm evaluating opmanager for monitoring some websites. A very important website is our demo site http://demo.selview.nl. Opmanager comes with the site is not available. It uses cookies. I have tried several entries like http://demo.selview.nl/web/login/default.aspx with or withour logon entries, but all with the same result: unavailable. Could you please help me with this url monitoring issue. Thank you.
