URL Monitor: Same relative URL but different domain

As part of the evaluation of AppMan I am looking at URL monitoring where we would like to monitor the health and performance of certain URLs running on Websphere.

We have about 20 different Websphere environments where each environment has it's own hostname (i.e. was1.my.com, was2.my.com etc).

If I need to monitor a URL was1.my.com/application/mytest.jsp across all servers, I have to create 20 URLs and even worse, if the URL changes, I have to update them one by one.

Is there any easier/quicker way to achieve this? If not, my recommendation:
- Create a "relative URL monitor" which references the URL required.
- In the "relative URL monitor" I will then be able to change the domains or the prefixed URL portion.

In my case above, I would:
- Create a monitorable URL called "/application/mytest.jsp"
- Create 20 monitors (each having a different domain and referencing the monitorable URL)
- Should the URL change, I will only need to update it in one place.
