Hi,

 

After the installation of build 60328, all the agents upgraded to version 6.3.25

Now, if I right clicked the agent and selected "Send request to helpdesk" it will take around 20-30 seconds to show the window and and another 20 seconds to send the message!! This will happen also for all the options in the list.
if double clicked the agent icon, Agent will crash and show send error to microsoft and will not start again automaticlly!!

 

what shall I do to fix this ASAP??!!
