Uploaded logs but no ticket was created

Uploaded logs but no ticket was created

I have uploaded logs and got an email saying that file has been uploaded to the server and that an email was sent to desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com but I have yet to get an email acknowledgement saying that a ticket was created.

Edit: did not get the acknowledgment but someone did respond that they are going to analyze the logs.
