I am using Service Desk for document management and it works nice for our needs. I need to create a new template to track training records for employees. Can I do any of the following:

1)      Populate the pick list from the available requesters and technicians in servicedesk

2)      Populate the pick list from AD on the domain controller

3)      Upload the AD users to the pick list so I do not have to manually input each name

For training records, I would select multiple users from the pick list. I can then run reports look verify users training or all the users trained on a particular topic.
