Hello,

 

We are currently on build 7608.  If I wanted to upgrade to the latest version, using the information here http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/service-packs.html, it looks to me like I need to upgrade to 7611, then from there to 8000 and then from there to 8006.  Is that right?  Or is there a more direct way that I'm missing?
