We are currently on Version 9.3 Build 9335, and we're hoping to move to the latest version. I have a couple questions: 

1. Do we need to download and install all service packs (9400, 10000, 10010), or do these roll up, meaning we will only need to download and install the latest service pack (10010)? 

2. If we are required to install these sequentially, do you recommend starting the service, testing functionality, and performing a backup between each service pack? Or should we simply back up at the beginning and install all three in succession?
