Last night I tried upgrading our ServiceDesk software to the latest build. I performed a backup of the database and then when the Java UI came up to select the service pack file I downloaded from  https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/service-packs.html I get a message that says we are already on the most recent build. However in the about section of ServiceDesk it still says we are on build 9307. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
