Upgrading 32bit to 64bit
Hi,
We are currently running
product.processor_architecture=32
product.build_number=5240
product.version=5.2.0
product.name=ManageEngine ADManager Plus
but are having issues with Email mailboxes being setup in Exchange 2007 being set as only legacy accounts. I read a post that said we must run the 64 bit version of AD ManagerPlus to make it work properly. I have backed up the 32bit system but I am unable to restore it in the fresh install of the 64bit version. I get an error saying that adsm already exists.
Is there a document / process I can follow?
