Upgraded to 479, now PXE media will not replicate to remote sites.

Hi,
I just upgraded to 479 this past week and now PXE media will not replicate to remote sites.  

What is up with quality control with updates lately?  Introducing massive bugs/issues into production environments is not acceptable, and it seems to happen with every other update.  I need ME support to assist ASAP.
