Upgraded on server with existing MYSQL issues
Firstly I have tried email support twice last week and have recieved no answer. I am wondering what I am paying for!
I presumed the upgrade would hook into my existing MYSQL. It recongnised the database but doesnt create tables and now I cant start servicedesk at all.
I have two mysql.exe services running.
My existing mysql (on windows running apache) is on C: and obviously servicedesk has created another.
What do I do now?
