upgrade to SDP 7.0 from SDP 6 on new server.
1. Upgrade to Service Desk Plus(SDP) 7.0 (Enterprise Edition)
- At present we are using SDP 6014 with MySQL
- We are planning to set up new server with SDP 7.0
- We want to restore exisiting MySQL database from SD Plus 6014 to New server with SD Plus 7009
- Pls advice, whether we can restore 6014 MySQL backup at SDP 7
- Pls advice any other procedure to upgrade to new server with latest SDP Release.
