Upgrade to SD+ 7.5 Who Wishes They Hadn't Bothered?
Great product when it works.
Try to update and sometimes it works; but when you spend more time fixing the servicedesk than using it; then it becomes furstrating.
I'm looking at rolling back (we run VMWare) and risking losing call data and waiting for a GOOD SP1 fix.
