I was just in the process of upgrading SDP to the latest build when the upgrade gave an error.
The error said something along the lines of "upgrade failed" and then tried an uninstall.
Checking the wrapper log file I see the following line:
Previous Patch not applied properly, hence contact support team
I tried restoring a backup but this also failed. The log showing:
SEVERE : ServerStatus indicates server is migration failed setup...please contact support.|
The service is also not starting up anymore, I'm guessing this is a precaution to not work with a corrupted installation.
Can you please advice.
