Upgrade to 7.2 with patch BUSTED OpManager!
I just installed the 7.2 patch to a test machine running OpManager 7.1 on a RHEL5 machine. I followed the simple instructions to the letter and also did the backup. I am SO glad I applied this patch to the test environment before deploying on the clients production server. Although OM is running and I can see the machines/servers in all categories, when I click on any server/device, all I get is
Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object : somedevice.com
I have sent this bug/problem to the support ticket area as well. Does anyone know of a solution? Have others experienced this?
