Updating free version from 14840 to 14970, prior updates to get to 14840 worked fine.  Using SQL 2019, running on Windows Server 2019, fully patched, rebooted.  14840 runs fine, am able to login.

When selecting the ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_14970_SP-0.ppm update file, it initially does a readiness check and walks thru a few prompts (additional fields, update taking longer, etc) and then it fails on "REQ:2001: Unable to initiate migration because of inconsistent data in 2 trash request(s). Please contact support with the log files for further assistance".  

Unfortunately, since we are on the free version, we don't have support except here in the forums.
