I need to Upgrade ServiceDesk Plus from version 14720 to the last version(14860) But failure occurred with this message:

There are incorrect values in the SD/Seqgenstate Table. Contact support for details.

  

And when I read upgrade logs this message exists:

Here's the incorrect sequence Records:

{seqgenstate=[{seqname : Pendinguploadrecords.RECORDID , CURRENTBATCHEND : 812415000 , HELPDESKID : 1 }]}

How can I fix this issue?
