Upgrade issues!!!!!

Upgrade issues!!!!!

 We have several problems after upgrading to the latest build.  7.6.0 Build 7601.

We are no longer able to attach files to Preventative Maintenance tickets and all of the PM tickets that we currently have, no longer have their .PDF attachments.

Also we no longer receive notifications when a ticket is assigned to a technician. 

Service Desk seems to react
