Upgrade from ServiceDesk 6.0 Prof. to 7 Enterprise Ed.
Dear,
We received the license file for Enterpise Edition version 7. I have some urgent questions :
We now have version 6 (Professional Edition) and will have to upgrade to Enterprise Edition Version 7
-Is there a specific procedure to do the upgrade or is is better to start from scratch and do an import (version 6 information) afterwards ?
- Can we import are existing information from version 6 (request, solutions, contracts�)
- Were do we have to get the latest software-version ( for version 7 Enterprise Edition)
