Upgrade from build 11200 to 12000

Upgrade from build 11200 to 12000

Hello,
I have a problem when I want to migrate the build 11200 to the build 12000.
I get an console error: 

  1.  Note : This may take a while ...

    Upgrading PostgreSQL  Completed extracting                    14% Completed     [-]      

    Error occured while migrating postgres database.

    Cleaned up backup contents                                          100% Completed                

    Uninstallation Completed
