Upgrade from 6005 to 7010 Issues?

Hello. I'm having issues with all our monitoring after the upgrade path. The problem we are experiencing is that when there is a troubled circuit we get paged/emailed, but when the circuit clears we will get paged sometimes on lines but not other times. I have made sure that the notification is setup to notify us when a line clears. To give everyone an idea here is what we have Op setup to do. We monitor our T1 circuits which have Cisco routers on the other end for errors, line down/up, etc. When I check the Op logs it does give info on when the line cleared etc. Also note, that we also use the ServiceDesk integration to keep track of our tickets. We are using v6 at the moment until they have a migration pack. We do have a subscription to Opmanager for unlimited monitors. Thanks for any help!
