Upgrade from 5210 to 5300

Hi there,
when upgrading from 5210 to 5300 using UpdateManager.sh with -c option, the process seems to be stuck after

Press i to Install
u to Uninstall
v to View installed ServicePack versions
e to Exit
Choose an Option:i
Enter the patch file to install:/tmp/ManageEngine_DeviceExpert_5210_to_5300.ppm

because output is still redirected to logfile:
