In looking at the Service Pack page, I'm noticing that the upgrade path this time around seems a little different. Typically, if we are wanting to upgrade from one major number version to the latest version of the next major number version, we have to first upgrade to that major number's first release (i.e. from 13070 to 14000 and then from 14000 to 14004).

However, this time around the page seems to be suggesting that we can upgrade directly from one to the next (i.e. 13070 to 14004).

Is this accurate?
