Hello,

We are trying to upgrade to the next SD version, and are having problems running the commands.

- Current version and build: 12.0 Build 12004

- Next version and build: 13000

- Two migrations away from latest 13002

- Have downloaded the ppm (linux) file to the BIN folder of a TEST SD server

- When running the UpdateManager.sh script, there is no response

- The UpdateManager tool is not coming up to browse to the ppm file (see attached)

- Have also tried the UpdateManager command with option -c (for step by step guidance) and it does not work

- Please let us know what is wrong
