Greetings!

Today i tried to upgrade from Build 13000 to 13001 and get upgrade failure.

After that if u start service - SDP is not working and not accesible via browser.

I tried rollback instruction and there is some problems too.

Installation process will first try to uninstall the current setup. So, you may need to run it the second time to install the application.

I renamed my SDP folder to OLD but instalation file or asking me upgrade to 13_00 version is i'm using setup of 13_00 , or telling me it's need to be upgraded to 13_00 if i using 11_00 version which is currently installed.

Next problem is when i trying to delete servicedesk  - it's telling be that SDP already installed and not deleting it.

Next problem - i tried to install it on new server but when i got to Data restore - it's asking me for baclup password. I never set some passwords for backup and founded default password not working which is SDP123!

What can i do and how to restore data?
