I'm trying to run an upgrade from 14600 to 14840, it gets 8% of the way through and fails with the message "Upgrade failed due to a Postgres migration error. However, you can continue to use the previous version of the application without any manual revert. Please send logs to our support to get further assistance with the upgrade."

ServiceDesk is accessible and seems to work OK currently.

Is it possible someone can help with this please ?
