Upgrade failed to 11304

this is the 2nd attempt for us to upgrade from build 11207. 

We uploaded the logs the first time and were told the issue would be fixed in 11304. 

Upgrading to 11304 failed.

The logs have been uploaded once again. 

We restored our production environment successfully from VM snapshot and DB backup.
