Upgrade Failed
Hi, I am trying to upgrade the system from 11027 to 14000, but there is error.
Error Message :
Problem occurred during previous patch installation / uninstallation and has not benn reverted to actual state.
Hence, the setup becomes inconsistent. Please contact support to resolve the problem.
May I know if there is any solution?
