We strongly recommend to take a back of the existing data by invoking the /bin/backUpData.bat or /bin/backUpData.sh script file.
Steps to Install -------------------------- 1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server. 2. Unzip the Service Pack zip file under folder. If prompted to overwrite the existing files, choose the Yes to All option. 3. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the /bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool. 4. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_5_0_0_SP-1.ppm file present under folder) and then click "Install...". 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack. 6. Once the installation is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.

But, Following the instructions, on step 4 there is an error, the update file is not available with the system. (It is attached)
