If you are a customer using an older version of ServiceDesk Plus (Build 9.0 or earlier), you may be at the risk of security bugs that have been fixed in the later versions, and you may be missing various new features and enhancements. Also, as stated above our support policy would restrict you from availing of product support if you are on one of the older versions. Therefore, we request you to upgrade the latest supported build immediately. Upgrading to the latest supported product version enables these new features and enhancements, plus ensures you receive timely, premium support.
