I upgrade my OPmanager fron version 7 to 8. Then added the Service pack 2 and later the hotfix for the vmware monitoring.

I observed that after the upgrade i couldnt monitor the CPU, memory, and other details of my CISCO devices.

Kindly explain what may be the cause of this issue.
